Charter and Membership

 The Finance Committee is a Council-only advisory committee tasked with formulating our budget and all other fiscal  issues.  The committee meets monthly and reviews all items of income and expense, recommending to Council payment (or withholding payment) of bills, including appropriate accounts.  The Finance Committee has taken a leadership role in creatively financing the dam remediation efforts.
